It is a full letter, but you don't need to hear the whole thing, the opening paragraph (above) is the coolest part of the letter to us!!
We have decided not to join right now, being SAG Eligible is HUGE on her resume, and that is all we need right now. To join you have to pay dues, and since we live and work in a non-union state, it would actually hurt her more in NC, because she wouldn't be able to do any non-SAG roles (should another come along).
