Madi Addy Video Diaries

So Addy and one of her BFF's, fellow The Walking Dead cast member Madison Lintz (Sophia) started these video diaries at a convention they were at this weekend called Infect Scranton in Scranton, PA.  Here are links to the two videos they did - #1 was shot Friday night, #2 Saturday night.  Enjoy.  The girls are answering questions sent in on twitter and instagram.

Headlock on Autism

Addy has been involved with raising money for the Autism Society of NC since she found out her brother, Drew, had autism.  Addy takes a portion of her autograph money, or she sells things with 100% of the proceeds going to ASNC.

This December 8th, 2012, in Clayton NC, Addy is helping to put on an event called Headlock on Autism.  She has joined forces with the North Carolina Wrestling Association (NCWA) to put on this event.

Addy is in charge of the Silent Auction, in which she has been collecting autographs, art work, and other neat things from a lot of her celebrity friends.

Autism Society of NC Triangle Run/Walk

Ever since Addy's brother was diagnosed with Autism in April of 2011, Addy has been raising money for autism.  Addy also volunteers at the Autism Society of NC's Camp Royall.  She got to go to counselor camp in May of 2012, and volunteered 4 weeks the summer of 2012, working as a junior/assistant counselor.  She absolutely loved it!!

Now Addy is raising money for the Triangle Run/Walk on October 13th, 2012 in downtown Raleigh, NC.  Here's a link to her team "Drew's Dragon Crew", which is named in honor of her brother.

Where to find Addy Miller

Hi There fans ...
So it has been a very long time since I have come into this blog to talk about my daughter, Addy.

I actually stopped blogging the month she went into production for The Walking Dead.  We weren't allowed to talk about it at the time, so I just didn't blog at all so I wouldn't risk letting something slip.

Since then, we have been on a whirlwind of attending conventions and making appearances on behalf of The Walking Dead with other cast members.  We love going to the shows to meet the fans and see the cast again - they have become part of our extended family.

I wanted to post on here Addy's official sites and other ways you can communicate with Addy.

We do NOT have an official website.

There is NO other Addy Miller account on Facebook. If you are "friends" with a personal Facebook acct in her name "Addy Miller", it is NOT the real Addy.  She ONLY has the fan page in her name.

Addy IS on Facebook, but uses my acct (her mom) or another family member's account.  Addy is not 13 years old and you have to be 13 to have one in your name.  When Addy turns 13, we will allow her to have a personal Facebook acct, but it will NOT be in her name, but in a secret name.
